Bridge Maintenance manages the servicing of bridges and culverts per a bridge/culvert servicing manual: a register of structures with their maintenance envelopes, a catalogue of standard servicing activities (with requirements, procedures, planning points and approvals), evidence-based servicing schedules whose frequencies can be varied, work orders with evidence/cost/chemical records, and a defect workflow that escalates issues outside servicing scope to formal inspection requests.
